So this is my sincere advice - alAlbani رحمه الله

Shaykhul-Islam Imaam Muhammad Naasiru-Deen al-Albaani (rahimahullaah) said:

“Listen my brother. I sincerely advise you and other youths like you, who stand upon a type of deviation – as it seems to us, and Allah knows best – that do not waste your time in refuting each other, saying that such and such has this in him, and such and such has that in him. This is because firstly: there is no knowledge at all in this, and secondly: this mannerism only breeds enmity and hatred in the hearts, and causes contempt and rancour to develop in the hearts. So it is upon you to seek knowledge. It is knowledge that will make clear to you the reality of the speech which is in praise of a particular person having many mistakes, and whether he is deserving of being labelled as an innovator. Yet why do we wish to delve into such issues? Indeed I advise you not to delve into such issues. The reality is that we complain about this splitting which has occurred between those who ascribe themselves to the da’wah to the Book and the Sunnah – or as we say, ad-Da’watus-Salafiyyah – the greatest cause of this splitting, and Allah knows bests, is the following of whims and desires and the evil dictates of one’s soul. It is not due to the presence of differences in thoughts and ideas. So this is my sincere advice.

What an Excellent Naseeha from a Great Imam رحمه الله

"So it is upon you to seek knowledge. It is knowledge that will make clear to you the reality of the speech which is in praise of a particular person having many mistakes, and whether he is deserving of being labelled as an innovator."

Its clearly understood from this statement that we are desperately in need of ILM & No doubt that the ULEMA are the carriers of this ILM !
So its upon us to return to them - to know where to seek ILM & from whom to seek ILM.
Its upon us to stick to their Naseeha, whom to take from & whom to abandon.
Its upon us to travel to them & study & benefit.

Wa billahit Tawfeeq.

Excellent Conclusion :

Shaykh al-Albaani:
Me personally, a lot of the youth now come to me and ask me, what do you think of ‘so and so’? What I understand from this, is that he is biased and maybe they are asking about our brothers. And maybe from our brothers from the older generations, who are said (some of them) to be deviant. I said to one of the questioners: My brother! What has Zaid, Abu Bakr, and Umar (radiallaahu anhuma) got to do with this?
And stand steadfast as you are commanded
(Hud 11:111)
Seek knowledge, and this knowledge will differentiate for you between a righteous person and a sinner, and wrong from right. And do not feel animosity for your brother simply because – I will not say mistaken – but because he is deviated. But he is deviated in two or three matters, but in the remaining matters he did not.
We find in the scholars of hadeeth, that they accept many ahaadeeth from people who were Murjia, Khariji, Nasibi, etc. These are all deviants, but they (the scholars of hadeeth) have a balance, to which they hold on. And they do not prefer exposing the sin over the good deeds, or two, three sins, over a lot of good deeds – the greatest of which is the testimony that:
“There is no deity worthy of worship except Allah, and Muhammad (sallallaahu alayhi wa sallam) is his final Messenger.”
