Health Check ! When Scholars of Islam say, they dont bother - But when Doctors say...?!

Our Scholars say :

Shaykh al-Albaani, may Allah have mercy upon him, said:
“(As) for wearing pantaloon (tight trousers) then we have spoken about it numerously, it is a foreign type of clothing. It is not permissible for a Muslim to wear it … (rather) wearing it in the prayer is more deserving to be rebuked due it showing the shape of the major ‘awrah and the minor ‘awrah, it shows the shape of the private parts and it shows the shape of the thighs. In reality those who are afflicted with the clothing pantaloon should bring to attention themselves that it is [not] appropriate they be like the women, (by praying in the back of the congregation prayer). The best of the rows of the women is last of it.”

Shaykh Muhammad ibn Saalih ibn ‘Uthaymeen was also asked about the ruling on women wearing any kind of pants or trousers.
He (may Allah preserve him) answered:
“I think that women should not wear trousers at all, even if there is no one with her apart from her husband, because this is imitating men. The ones who wear trousers are men, and the Prophet (peace and blessings of Allah be upon him) cursed women who imitate men.”

Question:
What is the ruling for the woman to wear tight pants that reveal her forms?
Shaykh Abdul-Azeez Aal ash-Shaykh:
“There is no doubt that it is forbidden for the woman to wear pants of this like in the presence of men. It is even better and safer for her to avoid pants of this like in the presence of women. It is not befitting for a woman to wear pants in the presence of men or in the store. It is a sin of which a Muslim woman who fears Allah and lays her hope in Him is not pleased with.”

Question:
Can the husband order the wife to wear pants only when she is with him given that…
Shaykh al-Fawzaan:
“No. He should not order her that. Pants are not women’s clothes and especially not in our society. If he makes her accustomed to them, she will wear them on other occasions. She will thusly take them lightly. He should not order his wife to sin. He should order her that which is good.”

Their Doctors Say :

LONDON: Attention wearers of skinny jeans — don’t squat — at least not for long.
Doctors in Australia report that a 35-year-old woman was hospitalized for four days after experiencing muscle damage, swelling, and nerve blockages in her legs after squatting for several hours while wearing tight-fitting denims.
“We were surprised that this patient had such severe damage to her nerves and muscles,” said Dr. Thomas Kimber of the Royal Adelaide Hospital in Australia, in an e-mail.

Wearing tight clothes or figure-hugging shape wear may lead to nerve compression in your back and also restrict your hip bone movement, putting pressure on your spine and leading to backache, says an expert.

Suraj Bafna, spine consultant at Qi Spine Clinic, lists a few back pain culprits:

* Form-fitting skirts: Close fitted skirts and dresses pull your knees together, thereby restricting movement. Over time, the damage and strain can aggravate and lead to a pulled muscle or disc problems.

* Skinny jeans: Body-hugging jeans grip tightly around the waist, hips, thighs and calves and can create strain in the joints. Also, having your phone or wallet in your jeans' back pocket imbalances the alignment of the hips and can cause hip or back pain.

* Oversized handbags: The bigger the bag, the more stuff you will put in it. Adding extra weight on one side of your body is one of the biggest back pain causes. Whenever you carry added weight on one side of your body, it causes your spine to curve and that leads to back pain symptoms.

* High heels: High heels can be bad for your feet and back and can cause the calf muscles to shorten, which can lead to circulation problems, knee damage and back pain. It is important to wear comfortable shoes if you plan to walk a distance.

* Heavy necklace: When you accessorise your neck with heavy jewellery, it puts pressure on the muscles, tendons and joints of the neck. Anything that pulls the neck tips the head away from its point of neutral balance and can create neck tension, pain and damage.

* Side hair parting: Wearing your hair on one side may be fashionable but you are doing a great disfavour to your neck. It causes the head to tilt to one side and the chin to the other and the condition is known as wry neck.

  1. Prolonged sitting can cause disc compression as can wearing shoes with high heels which places unnatural stress on the spinal muscles and ligaments.
