If we know a person / aalim / mujtahid is treading upon
1. the right (safe) manhaj
2. good intentions
3. keeping (far) away from desires
4. wanting (striving for) the truth
if we know from him this & he happens to fall into some mistake / bid'ah ... WE DONT BRAND HIM AS MUBTADI' ....
