Earlier i had written an article,

Now , i just wanted to let the readers know the juhd (hardwork) of this noble brother بارك الله فيه
may Allah rectify all our affairs & protect us from Riya, sum'aa & all major & minor forms of shirk.
But some strange rules & regulations imposed by some callers had been a big obstacle in our path in spreading the khair. May Allah rectify the affairs of the callers to haqq.Alhamdulillah Ahlus Sunnah hate plagiarism & we are always truthful in quoting the source. But some severe rules like ( You dont have the right to repost my article even if you quote the source) has come up these days ....which didnt come from Senior Ulema like ibn Taymiyah & Ibn baz رحمهم الله
Infact the people of haqq would be happy to spread their articles (as long as its referenced) without imposing odd rules & directing with strange orders & commands ! (you can publish only 1 or 2 paras not the entire article etc.)

يراسلنا بعض الفضلاء الأتقياء نحسبهم والله حسيبهم، يطلبون منا الإذن بنشر ما في قناتنا من مواد وهذا من ورعهم بارك الله فيهم، و نحن بدورنا نقول بأننا ما انشأناها إلا لهذا الأمر ، وأننا لا نحب التحزب الذي للأسف بدأ يظهر عند بعض من ينتسب للسنة في القنوات وغيره من المجموعات ، حتى أننا في الفترة الأخيرة قررنا عدم وضع شعار القناة على ما نصنع من فيديوهات رفعا للحرج على من أراد النشر، فالهدف هو مرضاة الله عز وجل أولا ثم وصول المواد لكل الناس سواء من طريق قناتنا أو قنوات أخرى، ومع ذلك فنحن نحب ونفرح بأي مشترك جديد و بأن تنتشر قناتنا نشرا للخير الذي فيها.
فلذلك أخيراً نقول أنتم في حل وانشروا بدون أن تنسبوا ما فيها إلينا.
نسأل الله أن تكون هذه القناة خالصة لوجه الله وأن يجعلنا جميعا مفاتيح للخير مغاليق للشر وأن تكون شاهدة لنا لا علينا وآخر دعوانا أن الحمد لله رب العالمين.
Plagiarism is when we hide the source & portray as if its our article
But when the Source is mentioned there is no room for Plagiarism !Then comes different intentions of people "Its MY article how can YOU publish it without MY permission"
Alhamdulillah, Senior Scholars were not like this !

📋ﻗـﺎﻝَ ﺍلشيخ ﺑﻦُ ﺑـﺎﺯٍ ﺭَﺣِﻤﻪُ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ :
( ﻭﺍﻟﻤﺸﺮﻭﻉ ﻟﻠﻤﺴﻠﻢ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺳﻤﻊ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﺋﺪﺓ ﺃﻥ ﻳﺒﻠﻐﻬﺎ ﻏﻴﺮﻩ، ﻭﻫﻜﺬﺍ ﺍﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﺔ ﺗﺒﻠﻎ ﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﺎ ﺳﻤﻌﺖ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻌﻠﻢ ﻟﻘﻮﻝ ﺍﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ : « ﺑﻠﻐﻮﺍ ﻋﻨﻲ ﻭﻟﻮ ﺁﻳﺔ » ، ﻭﻛﺎﻥ ﺻﻠﻰ ﺍﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺧﻄﺐ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ : « ﻟﻴﺒﻠﻎ ﺍﻟﺸﺎﻫﺪ ﺍﻟﻐﺎﺋﺐ ﻓﺮﺏ ﻣﺒﻠﻎ ﺃﻭﻋﻰ ﻣﻦ ﺳﺎﻣﻊ »
📔ﻣﺠﻤﻮﻉ االفتاﻭي ( ٤ / ٥٤ )- The Sheikh was asked a question about translating books into other languages without seeking permission from the original author. He replied: If profit is made, then the original author has the right to receive a portion of this profit, and thus his permission should be sought. However, if no profit is being made, then it is not mandatory to seek his permission to translate his works.
