2. Ejaculation without intercourse
3. Eating / Drinking
4. Injections which give nutrition like food
5. Bleeding or exiting of blood profusely (like hijamah ) as for small amount of blood for tests its donest break the fast.
6. Vomiting intentionally
7. Women having periods or nifas.
Also among the matters that people may not know the ruling on them: The wounds, nosebleeds, or vomiting that a fasting person may experience during Sawm; or water or gasoline getting into the throat unintentionally, all these matters do not invalidate one’s Sawm. However, whoever vomits deliberately, their fast will be invalidated as the Prophet (peace be upon him) stated:
Whoever vomits involuntarily is not required to make up the fast, but whoever vomits deliberately, must make up the missed fast.

▪️| قَــال الشَّـيخ العلّامـة صـالحُ بنُ فَـوزان الـفَوزَان -حَـفظهُ الله-:
" مفسدات الصوم -: منها الأكل والشرب متعمدًا. ومنها الجماع. ومنها الإنزال. ومنها أيضًا أن يدخل إلى جوفه شيئًا؛ كالقطرة في العين أو في الأذن أو في الأنف إذا وصلت إلى حلقه؛ فهذا يفطر؛ لأنه أدخل إلى جوفه سائلًا متعمدًا.
• وكذلك أخذ الإبر المغذية؛ لأن هذه الإبر تقوم مقام الغذاء، فيفطر بها. وكذلك من المفطرات للصائم الحجامة والفصد على الصحيح؛ لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم: « أفطر الحاجم والمحجوم » [رواه الإمام أحمد في مسنده (3/465)، ورواه الترمذي في سننه (318) وما بعدها، وانظر: صحيح البخاري (2/236، 237) ]
• وكذلك الحيض والنفاس، والحائض والنفساء يحرم عليهما الصيام حال حيضها وحال نفاسها. كذلك الاستقاءة، إذا تعمد الإنسان الاستفراغ حتى حصل له القيء فإنه يفطر، أما لو قاء من دون تعمد؛ بأن غلبه القيء فإنه لا يفطر بذلك ، كذلك لو أكل أو شرب ناسيًا فإنه لا يُفطر بذلك".

g) Apostasy from Islam obviously breaks the fast. If a fasting Muslim says or does something which is judged to be a violation of his faith, he thereby nullifies his fast and has therefore to make up the day or days of his apostasy, if he happens to repent and return to the faith.
